We are excited to announce that we now offer ACC-approved and accredited Barre Fitness and Mat Pilates classes for seniors aged 65 and over through the Live Stronger and Longer initiative. This initiative is endorsed and accredited by the Ministry of Health, the Health Quality & Safety Commission, and the NZ Government. At Silhouette Fitness, we understand the importance of regular exercise for seniors and want to incentivize our older community to take part in these strength and balance techniques with confidence. By partnering with Live Stronger and Longer, we can ensure the safety of our 65+ community and encourage them to exercise regularly.
